This A Level Marine Science Distance Learning Online Course is ideal for anyone wishing to gain a knowledge and understanding of this subject or for anyone who wishes to study at a higher level at University and gain UCAS points. You will also find this course extremely valuable if you are looking for a progression route for further training whilst employed.

Candidates for the Cambridge International AS Level Marine Science study the following topics:-

AS level consists of one 1 hour 30 minute examination providing structured questions on AS topics and one 1 hour 15 minute examination asking data-handling questions. Paper 1 covers 60% of the AS Level grade and Paper 2 covers 40% of the total AS level grade.

 

Full A’ Level

 

Candidates for the Cambridge International A’ Level Marine Science study the following topics:-

A’ Level assessment consists of two 1 hour 30 minute examinations based on structured questions and two 1 hour 15 minute examinations based on data-handling questions. All 4 papers total 100% of the overall A’ Level grade.

Will I require any previous knowledge to start this course?

You do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone who wishes to take part in a highly rewarding home study course, although you would be expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 2 years from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.
